Administrative Coordinator
Location – Orange County
Hybrid | Salary: $70,000 + Bonus & Overtime (after 40 hours)

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support the operations of its Regional Offices and contribute to various firmwide initiatives. This role is integral to the success and efficiency of multiple departments within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support across departments, including Operations, Facilities, Finance, Practice Innovation, and Talent Management.
• Maintain and organize administrative files, spreadsheets, and databases; create reports and presentations as needed.
• Coordinate office and social events, and manage office-specific programs and initiatives.
• Support logistics related to office relocations, secretarial reassignments, and process updates.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining department budgets.
• Act as the primary administrative liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of C-Level Executives or the Senior Administrative Manager.
• Manage various administrative projects and tasks as assigned.

Key Skills & Proficiencies:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, including document editing and virtual conferencing tools.
• Strong experience coordinating training sessions and managing events.
• Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Working knowledge of talent management systems such as PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, and Workday.
• Familiarity with document management systems like WorkSite.

Qualifications:
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
• Must be available to work overtime as needed.
