Salary Range: $235,000 – $365,000 (2nd to 5th year lockstep) + Bonus
Guarantee: 12 months, pro-rated monthly

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Chambers-rated Capital Markets practice in New York City. This is a prime opportunity to engage in structured finance transactions at a top-tier international law firm known for its collaborative and high-performance environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 2–5 years of structured finance experience (only candidates within this range will be considered)
• Admission to the New York Bar and in good standing
• Experience in purchase/sale transactions, servicing agreements, and financing matters
• Strong communication and drafting skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent a wide range of market participants including:
o Purchasers and sellers
o Servicers and creditors
o Banks, finance companies, private equity, hedge funds, and both public and private companies
• Draft and negotiate key transactional documents
• Manage closings and collaborate with internal teams
• Communicate directly with clients and transaction counterparties
• Provide additional support to the practice group as needed
