Salary: $205,000 to $230,000

This salary range applies to Denver, Oakland, Los Angeles, and Washington, DC-based employees. Salaries in all other markets will vary based on market data, though this range may be used as a guideline. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and a Client Development Bonus.

About the Role:
Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its team. This position will primarily support attorneys within the firm’s Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

Responsibilities:
• Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation
• Manage eDiscovery processes (preferably with Relativity)
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Take depositions and participate in motion practice
• Communicate with clients and participate in mediations

Qualifications:
• J.D. degree with 3–6 years of post-law school experience
• Active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain promptly
• Strong academic credentials
• Sound legal judgment and superior communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Stable professional background

Preferred Experience:
• Background in employment-related litigation
• Familiarity with AI tools for legal research
