Job Title: Finance Associate – Finance & Restructuring Practice Group
Locations Available: Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Des Moines, Florham Park, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York City, Philadelphia, Princeton, San Francisco, Washington DC, Wilmington
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Salary Range: $180,000 – $315,000 + Bonus
Guarantee Period: 90 days; prorated recovery between 90–365 days based on days worked

Position Summary:
Our client, a top-tier national law firm, is actively seeking a Finance Associate with 3–6 years of experience only to join its Finance & Restructuring Practice Group. This opportunity is available across multiple office locations and offers a chance to work on complex, high-value transactions in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will have a solid background in corporate finance, with experience representing financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate financings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft loan documents including loan agreements, security agreements, and intercreditor agreements
• Advise clients on covenant compliance and loan administration
• Lead due diligence and manage contributions from specialist teams
• Provide strategic legal guidance across all stages of finance transactions
• Maintain high standards in writing, analytical thinking, and client service

Qualifications & Skills:
• 3–6 years of legal experience in corporate or commercial finance
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and effectively
• Experience working with financial institutions, private credit funds, and corporate clients is a plus
