Job Title: Human Resources Director
Location: Winchester, TN (Hospital System) – Onsite
Salary: $105,000 - $115,000

Our client, a leading healthcare system, is actively seeking a Human Resources Director to oversee HR functions across two campuses, including a 198-bed acute and skilled care facility and over 20 employed physician practices with a workforce of more than 750 employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Facility CEO and leadership team, providing HR guidance and direction.
• Oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation management, performance management, training, and leadership development.
• Lead a team of HR professionals to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADA, FMLA, and Affirmative Action.
• Drive HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Collaborate with division HR leadership to align hospital HR practices with overall corporate objectives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a healthcare (hospital) setting.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in hospital HR.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
