Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and optimize ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules including:
HR Case Management
Knowledge Management
Virtual Agent
Manager Hub
Lifecycle Events (onboarding, job changes, offboarding)
Leverage Employee Center Pro to integrate divisional portals and enhance enterprise-wide intranet experiences.
Design and manage integrations with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM).
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications:
8+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on ServiceNow.
ServiceNow HRSD certification is mandatory.
Proven experience with HRSD modules and lifecycle event management.
Hands-on expertise with Employee Center Pro and enterprise intranet portal integration.
Experience building and maintaining Workday HCM integrations.
